About the Event
You must be at least 18 years old at the time the course starts. This standardized child passenger safety technician (CPST) certification course is 40 instruction hours and combines classroom instruction, hands-on work with car seats and vehicles, and a community safety seat checkup. Attendance is required for the entire course. Students must successfully pass three written skills quizzes and four practical skills tests to become certified.
This course is also approved for 40 CPT hours through POST.
