GM VOLUNTARILY RECALLS OVER 668,000 SUV's DUE TO LOWER ANCHOR ISSUE
Baby Trend is recalling certain Hybrid 3-in-1 child restraints in Desert Blue due to an issue with the lower anchor system. Caregivers should use the seatbelt system until replacement parts are received.

General Motors is recalling more than 668,000 2020-2023 Terrain and Equinox SUV's due to an issue with the amount of powder coating on the lower anchor systems, which may impede the correct installation of a child restraint. GM is asking owners to utilize the seatbelt to install a child restraint until repairs can be made.
NHTSA ANNOUNCES RECALLS ON CERTAIN DOREL PRODUCTS

NHTSA has announced recalls on certain Dorel Juvenile Group products, which includes products under both the Safety 1st and Maxi-Cosi brands. The recall involves the failure of lower anchor connectors, and the affected seats should be installed via seatbelt only until a remedy is available.

NHTSA has announced recalls on certain Cybex Aton, Aton Q, Aton M, and Aton 2 rear-facing infant seats. The recall involves an issue with the seat belt buckle, which may fray under certain circumstances.

Extensive law enforcement experience with a focus on traffic safety led Nicholas to become a Child Passenger Safety Technician 2014. He developed a passion for helping families in need ensure their children were traveling safely. He became an instructor to help other technicians and train new ones.

The newest member of the team, Gabby became a certified Child Passenger Safety Technician this year and is already enthusiastically applying her skills. She's pursuing a degree to eventually become a social worker. She's a HUGE Harry Potter fan, and is pretty sure she's a wizard.
