NHTSA ANNOUNCES RECALL ON CERTAIN GRACO CAR SEATS
April 14th, 2026
Graco Children's Products Inc. (Graco) is recalling certain SnugRide Turn & Slide and Modes Nest Travel Systems with Snugride Turn & Slide infant child seats. Please refer to Graco's recall report for specific model information. The infant seat carrier may detach from the base in a crash. As such, these child seats and travel systems fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 213, "Child Restraint Systems." An infant seat carrier that detaches in a crash increases the risk of injury. Owners are advised to follow the instructions for installing the child seat with the vehicle seat belt (without the base) until the replacement seat arrives. Graco will replace the child seat, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed April 2026. Owners may contact Graco customer service at 1-800-345-4109.

Evenflo Company, Inc. (Evenflo) is recalling certain LiteMax Factory Select child seats with model number CS100111198. The weight and height limitations are stated incorrectly in the Spanish language manual. As such, these child seats fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 213, "Child Restraint Systems." Incorrect information in the manual may result in an improperly restrained child, increasing the risk of injury in a crash. Evenflo will mail owners a corrected Spanish language manual, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed March 31, 2026. Owners may contact Evenflo customer service at 1-800-233-5921.
NHTSA ANNOUNCES RECALL ON CERTAIN EVENFLO TITAN 65 CAR SEATS
January 24th, 2026
Evenflo Company, Inc. (Evenflo) is recalling certain Titan 65 child seats with model numbers CS200312198, CS200311198, 3712198, and 3711198. The child seats may have been manufactured without a tether strap. A child seat with a missing tether strap may not adequately protect a child in a crash, increasing the risk of injury. Evenflo will advise owners to inspect their child seat for a tether strap, and Evenflo will mail owners a tether strap with installation instructions, as necessary, free of charge. Interim letters notifying owners of the safety risk are expected to be mailed February 20, 2026. Additional letters will be sent once the final remedy becomes available. Evenflo Company, Inc. (Evenflo) is recalling certain All4One child seats. Please refer to Evenflo's recall report for specific model numbers. In rear-facing mode, the adjustable recline mechanism may shift out of proper position. As such, these child seats fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 213, "Child Restraint Systems." A child seat that does not maintain proper recline position may not adequately secure a child in a crash, increasing the risk of injury. Additionally, should another passenger put their hand in the recline mechanism when it shifts out of position, their risk of injury is increased. Evenflo will replace the child seat, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed beginning January 26, 2026. Owners may contact Evenflo customer service at 1-800-233-5921.

Evenflo Company, Inc. (Evenflo) is recalling certain Gold Revolve360 Slim and Revolve360 Slim child seats manufactured between December 1, 2022 and December 8, 2024. Please refer to Evenflo's recall report for specific model and color information. The headrest foam is not adequately secured away from the child, which can allow the child to pick off pieces of foam. Pieces of foam can present a choking hazard to a child, increasing the risk of injury. Evenflo will mail owners additional tape seal and installation instructions, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed October 31, 2025. Owners may contact Evenflo customer service at 1-800-233-5921.

The child seat may have been packaged with an incorrect instruction manual. Evenflo will mail owners information on how to inspect and replace the instruction manual, free of charge. Extensive law enforcement experience with a focus on traffic safety led Nicholas to become a Child Passenger Safety Technician 2014. He developed a passion for helping families in need ensure their children were traveling safely. He became an instructor to help other technicians and train new ones.
